Our Process
Inquiry
The first step in creating a Sugar City Gift is telling us about the type of gift you would like to give. Our inquiry form covers the recipient, colors, favorite things, price point, and logistics on where to send the gift and more. We also ask if there is a personal message you want to include on our hand written stationary inside each gift.
Curate
Once the inquiry form is received we confirm that the deliver by date is plausible and begin curating the individual gifts based on your responses regarding the recipient and the occasion, colors, etc.
Style
When all of the components of the Curated gift are assembled, our Gift Stylists arrange each gift to perfection, personalize as requested, and tie our signature bows.
Ship
It takes 5-7 days from order to ship. We ship via FedEx or UPS Ground unless expedited shipping is selected. Shipping can take from 2-10 business days depending on the final destination, but average is about 3-4 days.
Receive
Recipients receive their gift, addressed from you as the sender with our company address in case of any shipping issues. All Sugar City Gifts are packaged in a branded box with a handwritten note from you the gifter.
